HANDS-ON LEARNING WITH REAL BUSINESS IMPACT

Bryson’s internship program offers students an immersive experience at the intersection of business, finance, and insurance. Interns are trusted contributors who work on an eclectic mix of projects that have meaningful impact across our firm. The program is designed to mirror the pace, collaboration, and depth of our client work while preparing interns to think strategically and deliver results from day one.

CHOOSE YOUR TRACK. BUILD YOUR FUTURE.

Interns can choose between two focus areas: Investment and Retirement Planning or Insurance and Employee Benefits. Each track offers in-depth experience, direct mentorship from senior advisors, and opportunities to explore how Bryson supports businesses and individuals through comprehensive insurance programs, strategic employee benefits, retirement plan consulting, and personalized wealth management solutions.

"It was the environment being cultivated and the mission of Bryson that excited me about becoming part of the team. As the company continues to grow, the environment, its energy, and mission continue to motivate team members to provide the highest level of service."
Max Irwin
Intern 2021-22
“My internship at Bryson was an incredible opportunity that gave me hands-on experience in wealth management, 401(k) planning, and more. From day one, I was encouraged to take initiative on truly meaningful projects, which allowed me to be creative and think critically. As an intern, I had the opportunity to sit in on producer meetings, develop deliverables for the 401(k) team, and even hold my own meeting about AI integration. Not only did I develop technical skills, but I also worked alongside some of the brightest and most amazing people. The people at Bryson provided nothing but the best mentorship and support. It was an experience that I will always be grateful for!”
