Property and Casualty – CSR

What is your Purpose?

The Property & Casualty CSR works with Account Managers, Account Executives, and Producers, in handling all the inside service work associated with the commercial lines book of business including all endorsement activity, routine coverage questions, problem solving, renewals, BOR’s, and issuing certificates. You will manage the day-to-day needs, build relationships, and make an impact by providing an extraordinary level of service, supporting ongoing and long-term client relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work with a high volume of clients with professional composure

  • Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner

  • Process audits, changes, endorsements, and other insurance documents on a timely basis

  • Reviewing and updating policy holders and database information

  • Billing and past due premium inquiries

  • Online carrier communications including rating

  • Assist Account Managers and Producers with any requests pertaining to customer service, renewals or the writing of new business

  • Input and maintain record of all activities in EPIC

Experience & Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year related experience required

  • Active Property & Casualty license

  • Sound professional and personal judgment

  • Strong business acumen

  • Polished interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work at a fast pace, handle changing priorities, and have the highest level of confidentiality and discretion

This is a sedentary role Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm; however, the physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
