Director of Property & Casualty
The Director of Commercial Property & Casualty is responsible for leading, developing, and growing Bryson’s Commercial P&C practice. This role provides strategic and operational leadership to the team while ensuring exceptional client service, strong technical execution, consistent processes, and sustainable growth. The Director will lead and develop a high-performing team, drive accountability, strengthen carrier relationships, oversee department processes and procedures, and ensure effective use of EPIC, Bryson’s CRM and agency management system.
Employee Benefits Analyst
As a Benefits Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in managing diverse projects that encompass the full range of health and group benefit programs. This includes designing, strategizing, delivering, and communicating various offerings such as medical, dental, vision, life, and disability. Your responsibilities will involve close collaboration with a wide array of stakeholders, both within and outside the organization. You'll work closely with our CEO, Chief Strategy Officer, Director of Employee Benefits, Account Managers, vendor partners, and key clients to ensure the seamless execution of projects
Employee Benefits Account Manager
The Employee Benefits Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing employee benefits programs, and ensuring seamless administration of health, dental, vision, and other benefit plans. This role requires strong communication and analytical skills to serve as the primary liaison between clients, insurance carriers, and internal teams while identifying opportunities to optimize benefits offerings and drive client retention.
