Account Manager – Property and Casualty

What is your Purpose? As the Account Manager working in Property & Casualty, you will focus on building client relationships and servicing existing accounts to maintain an elevated level of client satisfaction. You will take ownership of a present book of business while managing the day-to-day requests along with current account claims. In this role, you will provide your expertise and knowledge in P&C to suggest coverage to new and existing clients that will meet their needs. The Account Manager will support the bottom line by continuously maintaining knowledge of current trends and markets in P&C to present suitable enrollment options and materials.

What will you impact? As the Account Manager, you will be an integral part of a growing Property & Casualty division. While working with your clients, you will deliver the “WOW” factor, which is Bryson’s approach to account servicing that exceeds customer expectations and yields high-quality products and superior satisfaction. You will build and retain working relationships with clients and partners that impact their talent attraction, retention, and bottom line. The greatest impact as the Account Manager is empowering clients and partners to select and integrate the best plans for their team and their vision.


Experience & Requirements:

· A California State Property & Casualty Broker – Agent License

· At least 2 years’ experience working in P&C

· Understand how to manage a large book of multi-level clients with varying lifecycle needs

· Previous experience in pre-renewal strategic planning, marketing, creation of proposals

· Confidence in presenting to clients and/or partners including executive and management teams

· Bachelor’s degree, preferred
